JHE completed full site development and underground utility installation for the Publix – Kings Crossing project in Florida. Underground utility installation consisted of storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer infrastructure, and domestic water distribution, including associated structures and coordination

JHE completed site development and underground utility work for the Equinox Development’s Waterstar project. The scope included but not limited to: clearing, excavation, and grading operations to prepare the site for vertical construction, including building pads, pavement areas, and overall site drainage elevations.

OCPS 129 Middle School - Walker & Company
Institutional Devlopment
JHE performed site development for the OCPS Middle School project, completed in multiple phases. Work included but not limited to: large-scale mass grading operations to establish site subgrades, balance earthwork, installation of onsite underground utilities, and construction of storm drainage infrastructure.
